• Louis Vuitton diamonds are of natural origin and untreated based on personal knowledge and/or written guarantees provided by the supplier of these diamonds.
• For its pave-set diamonds Louis Vuitton selects diamonds with a colour grade between D and G and a clarity grade between IF and VVS.
• The use of colourless fluids and heat treatment is recognised as a traditional lapidary practice in addition to the cutting and polishing of certain coloured gemstones, as well as the bleaching of pearls. Our gemstones may have undergone these general enhancement practices.
• Pavé-set sapphires and rubies may have been heated.
• Pavé-set emeralds may show traces of colourless oil.
• Louis Vuitton guarantees that the diamonds and diamond-containing products have not been cut from diamonds originating in, exported from, or transiting through Russia after 31 December 2023.
• Louis Vuitton further guarantees that the diamonds and diamond-containing products with a weight equal to or greater than 0.5 carat or 0.1 gram per diamond have not been cut from diamonds originating in Russia or exported from Russia, even if they were processed in a third country.

• Your timepiece is a living, working object that functions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, requiring the highest levels of performance. Servicing your timepiece every 3-5 years will help keep your timepiece in its best condition.
• For any question regarding the use and setting of your Louis Vuitton watch, you can refer to the user guide.
• Timepieces perform differently depending on the level of use, unique to each wearer.
• To avoid magnetization of your timepiece, limit contact with magnets, telephones, and security scanners.
• Protect your timepiece from external shock as this can severely impact the functionality. Please remove when performing strenuous physical activities and sports (lifting heavy objects, golf, swimming, etc).
• Please remove your watch in a hot or humid environment. Exposure to extreme temperatures may cause slight condensation under the watch glass. This will disappear by itself and will not affect watch performance.
• Avoid prolonged, full immersion and use of the crown of your timepiece in water, as this can affect its performance capabilities. Avoid contact with water if wearing a faux leather strap. The depth of water resistance is located on the back of your timepiece. Check your watch annually to ensure water resistance.
• For Automatic timepieces, if not worn regularly, they may need to be re-wound in order to ensure optimum performance. The timepiece can be re-wound manually using the crown.
• To clean your timepiece, simply polish with a soft, dry cloth. It is not recommended to clean faux leather straps as they will age with time and wear. The lifespan of a faux leather strap will depend on its exposure to moisture and frequency of wear. Store your watch in the box provided at purchase or in a cool, dry place away from dust, moisture, and extreme temperatures.
