Terms of service
Terms of service and sale
Last updated: 30 August 2026
These terms govern use of spurtable.shop and purchases made from Spurtable. They do not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Products and availability
We take reasonable care to describe products accurately. Colours may vary slightly between screens, and measurements and fit guidance are approximate unless stated otherwise. Availability can change.
Prices
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Applicable taxes and delivery charges are displayed before an order is submitted. We may correct an obvious pricing error before accepting an order and will let you continue at the correct price or cancel.
Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement does not necessarily mean acceptance. A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance or dispatch. We may decline or cancel before acceptance for stock, payment, fraud-prevention or obvious-error reasons and will refund any amount taken.
Payment
You must use an authorised payment method and provide accurate billing information. Payment is processed through the providers offered at checkout.
Delivery
Delivery areas, charges and estimates are set out in our Shipping Policy and at checkout. Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address.
Cancellation, returns and faults
Your cancellation and return rights, return method, costs and refund timing are explained in our Return and Refund Policy. Nothing limits your remedies for goods that are faulty, not of satisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described.
Website use and intellectual property
You may use this website for lawful personal shopping. You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access or infringe another person's rights. Unless otherwise stated, the branding, copy, layout, photographs and other content are owned by or licensed to Spurtable and may not be commercially reproduced without permission.
Liability
We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Personal information
We use personal information as explained in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers retain mandatory rights in the part of the UK where they live and may use the courts available under applicable law.
