Shipping and delivery

Delivery area

Spurtable currently accepts delivery addresses in the United Kingdom. If another destination is available at checkout, its delivery options and charges will be shown before payment.

Processing time

Orders are normally prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and UK public holidays. A different lead time will be stated on the product page where applicable.

Delivery estimates and charges

Standard UK delivery is normally estimated at 3–5 business days after dispatch. The service, charge and estimated window are shown at checkout. Dates are estimates unless expressly agreed. We will deliver without undue delay and, unless another period is agreed, within 30 days after the contract is made.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

Address accuracy

Please check the delivery address before ordering. Contact us immediately if it is incorrect. We cannot guarantee a change after fulfilment begins.

Delay, loss or damage

Contact spurtable1@gmail.com with your order number if an order is materially delayed, lost or arrives damaged. Risk remains with us until the goods come into your physical possession or that of a person you nominate, other than the carrier.
